Q: What are your estimated shipping rates?
We try to keep our shipping as simple as possible. We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for our US Purchases, and we us Airmail Parcel Post for our International Purchases.

Q: What is the estimated transit time?
Most items ship the next business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. (Please note that we usually SHIP the next business day, not DELIVER.) Shipments outside the US usually ship in 2-3 business days and usually arrive within 10-14 days after the order is placed.Transit time depends on the recipient’s location and the method of shipping selected,(please refer to shipping chart above). Only business days are counted in transit time. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.
Q: What is your return policy?
We stand behind the designers and brands that we sell at Dragonflies and Ladybugs, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. We want you the customer to have a pleasant experience shopping in our store. Our Return Policy is consistent and structured for 100% customer satisfaction. We accept returns under the following guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition, not washed and with tags intact
- Please include a copy of the receipt/invoice sent with your order
- Shipping and Handling Charges are Non Refundable If you received FREE Shipping, we WILL deduct
your shipping charges from your refund.
- All Reduced or Clearance/Sale item sales are FINAL, returns accept for In Store Credit Only
- Special Order Purchase sales are FINAL, returns or cancellations are for In Store Credit Only
- Preorders that are cancelled or RETURNED after sent out will be allowed STORE CREDIT Only.

Q: Can I request a catalog?
Dragonflies and Ladybugs does not provide a catalog at this time. All merchandise may be viewed online where it is updated weekly. You can also view our Blog to see our newest lines and upcoming “pre-orders”.
Q: Do You Have A Sizing Chart?
You can request measurements for our designer’s sizes at any time, email us at info@dragonfliesandladybugs.com. We will gladly send you measurements.

Q: What about International orders?
We accept all International Orders, except from the following countries: China, Israel, and Indonesia. We typically ship Airmail Parcel Post, and we require that you pay additional shipping insurance, so we can properly track your orders. If you do not wish to purchase insurance, this is okay, but we cannot guarantee the tracking of your order if lost by USPS Global Services. In addition to this information, we will hold International orders for a few days to verify payment validity prior to shipping. This is due to excessive fraudulent purchases, and it is for your protection.
Q: What is a PREORDER Item?
Preordered items are items that are not yet in stock, and they will ship to you at a later date. We offer preordering for most of our designers. Preordering can be paid in full, or you can send us an email with your “wish list”. We will then invoice your for a 50% deposit, which will hold your items until they arrive in our store. At that time, we will invoice you for the remaining balance.
Please note that if you cancel your order prior to shipping date, we will
NOT refund your 25% deposit fee. Also, all preordered items are returnable for “in-store” credit only. If you are unsure of the preorder policy, then feel free to contact us at any time.
